This trail is flat or gently sloping and easy to access.
As the temperatures are likely to still be cool, make sure you have warm clothes that are suitable for colder temperatures than those advertised. Forest baths are very slow walks punctuated by breaks, so our bodies have little opportunity to warm up through movement.
